Animal spirit
Animal Spirit is my latest offering that combines meditation, intuitive divination, and art to discover and deepen your connection to your spirit animals.
What is a spirit animal?
You can think of your spirit animals like hidden guides that are here to assist your expansion and self actualisation in life; and whose power and wisdom you can draw upon at any moment you need.
The concept of spirit animals is rooted in various indigenous and shamanic traditions around the world that hold the spiritual belief that each of us has a unique connection to a particular animal (though it can also be more than one) who serves as a guide or protector throughout our lives.
It is believed that our spirit animals are revealed through dreams, visions or rituals.
ProcesS
Your Animal Spirit journey is completed in three steps:
I. DREAM
First, you will receive a few instructions from me, along with a guided meditation in which you will go on a journey to meet your spirit animal. You may have more than one, but this meditation will allow you to meet with the one that most wants to connect with you now.
II. CONNECT
Straight after the meditation you will write down all that came to you in your vision; who your spirit animal is, what messages they gave you, what you felt and saw…etc.
You will then send me these details, along with a simple ‘selfie’ of your face.
III. UNVEIL
Finally, I will use what you share with me to create a portrait of you, divinely entwined with your spirit animal guide! The portrait will be of your face, from the shoulders up, over which I will also channel important symbols or energy lines.
This artwork will be a totem that forever carries (and binds you to) the powerful frequency of your spirit animal’s essence and wisdom.
