i am so excited to guide you through this journey of rediscovering your powerful creative essence.
EACH DAY you will find a video to watch, some journal prompts, and an affirmation to guide you through the process of creating your final empress.
Day one - the unseen

What is your relationship to the the unknown?
Does it feel uncomfortable to see your future as a blank canvas instead of preconceived plans and visions?
What words come to mind when you think of yourself as an Empress? Are they encouraging and expansive, or are they doubtful and limiting?
Write down your intentions for this workshop, and trust that no matter how doubtful you might be, there is an Empress inside of you waiting to be awakened.

Day two - muse
meeting the muse
What does it feel like to embody the muse, how does it feel to be seen for your physical and spiritual beauty?
And what does it feel like to embody the artist, describe how the muse within you inspires you to move into your creativity?
What resistance comes up for you here, if any?
What are some ways you can move through this resistance with self compassion?
Affirm: I am worthy of being seen
Day three - flow

Did any limiting beliefs show up when you were drawing your pattern? What was blocking you from entering into a flow state, if anything?
Did you receive any insights from your intuition when you were creating this piece?
How might you apply this way of creating art to your every day life and decisions?
Affirm: I release control over my creative journey and look forward to surprising myself with the outcome
day four - holding space

How does it feel in your body to trust that you are held?
What does being held mean and look like to you? In what ways do you want to call more of that in?
What did it feel like to write in the secret language of your intuition, and what messages came through?
What were you able to express that is challenging to express with common language?
Affirm: I trust the mysterious ways in which my intuition wants to communicate through me
day five - sense

Did anything surprise you when you tapped into the energies of your body?
Were there any parts of your body that you were not inhabiting? Why does it not feel safe to inhabit them?
What actions might you take to draw more power into your physical body?
Did you recognise yourself in your energetic portrait?
Affirm: My body is the key to unlocking eternal creativity
day six - make space
space for the empire
What in your life needs clearing, from physical objects, to limiting beliefs, or commitments that no longer serve you?
Making sure to leave space for the mystery, is there anything you would like to consciously call into that new space?
Visualise yourself as the Empress, what do you settle for in your day to day life that this Empress would never allow in her Empire?
Where do you find yourself acting out of fear instead of trust/love?
Affirm: I am the creator of my reality, I am the ruler of my Empire
Day seven - the unveiling
