Create a consistent art practice
Choose a creative form of expression, it could be drawing, writing, dancing, singing…etc and implement it into a daily or weekly routine. Even if it is only 5 minutes at first!
Having an intentional practice like this can help to break up the patterns that you usually find yourself stuck in, and create movement where there is stagnancy. It is important that whatever for of expression you choose, you do not focus on having a goal.
If you choose to draw, paint, or write, then I recommend getting yourself a blank paged booklet which you dedicate just for that practice. I prefer to make it smaller than A4 in size because it helps to dampen the anxiety that sometimes comes with looking at a big blank page!

What would it feel like if all my needs were met and I felt absolutely secure in myself?
What does that feel like in my body?
And what would I create from that state?

When he asks what emotional state you want to release, think of the emotional state that blocks your creativity the most (like self doubt for example) and use that.
I encourage you to be disciplined with these practices if you want to see the true shifts this Archetype can provide in your life!
