The High Priestess always has a sacred space where she cultivates her spiritual essence and connects to the divine. If you are not familiar with how to set one up this is a great article that gives you a step-by-step process. I invite you to place the artwork you create from your meditation on your altar as well.

DREAM work.
The High Priestess is connected to the subconscious mind, and a great way to access your subconscious is through dreams. Begin writing your dreams down or voice memo-ing them when you wake up. Watch this video for a more in depth understanding of dreams and how to understand them:
Connect to the MOON.
Work with the moon phases and begin working with the rhythms of nature. Here’s something I created for you to start:

MEDITATE daily.
It doesn’t have to be more than 10 minutes at first, and I invite you for the next week or so to continue meeting with your High Priestess each time you do.
If she is showing up in her shadow, that’s okay, let her show you what you need to bring balance to. If she is showing up in her divine embodiment, see if you can slowly start to embody her yourself throughout the days too.
Journal (or create through any expression) about your experience.
Nervous system regulation.
Reset your nervous system when you are feeling anxious and can’t hear your inner guiding voice. There are many practices to help you do that, here is just one example of a breath-work technique that can help you achieve that:

Eat POMEGRANATES!
The spiritual symbolism of this fruit is reminding us to connect with our intuition in search of the deeper or hidden meaning of life, love, death and birth. That’s why you will often see the High Priestess depicted with Pomegranates.
