This is an in depth video on the Sacral Chakra which is strongly related to our sensuality and sexuality. Teal Swan also speaks to the potential root causes of blocks in this area and points to how you might heal them. It's not a short video but definitely worth a watch when you have the headspace.

CONNECT WITH NATURE
This one speaks for itself! The Maiden Archetype is fluid, full of life force, ever-changing, and deeply creative; so you can understand why she is so connected to nature. She is especially reflective of Spring as a season, so if you are in the Northern Hemisphere then go indulge your senses by smelling the flowers, bathing in the warmth of the sunlights, placing your feet in the fresh grass.
If you live in a city, and if parks are hard for you to get to, then something as simple as cloud watching can tune you into nature's frequency.
INNER CHILD WORK
You would have naturally embodied the Maiden Archetype during your childhood and adolescence, so anything that caused wounding or imbalances in this area would most likely have happened to you during this period of your life. Unraveling the beliefs you picked up from your parents, school teachers, culture…etc can be difficult to do without extra help; so I always encourage finding a therapist or healer you really trust (if it is within your means.)

If you own the book Women Who Run With the Wolves then I encourage you to read the first chapter in which Clarissa Pinkola Estes writes about the story of Bluebeard. This may shed light in your own psyche of the ways you are stuck in your shadow maiden and how to initiate past this phase.
